Refunds & cancellation

Cancelling

Cancel anytime using the subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, which opens your secure Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and your saved recipes remain available to view; after the period ends the account returns to the Free plan and paid features pause.

Refunds

• If you were charged because a cancellation did not go through, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• If the service was unavailable or failed to process files for a substantial part of your paid period, contact us and we will make it right with a refund or credit for that period.
• Otherwise, monthly subscriptions are not refunded for partial periods — but cancelling takes two minutes and stops the next charge immediately.

Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Contact support@dedupcsv.xyz with the email address on your receipt.

Price changes

If we change plan prices, existing subscribers keep their current price until at least the next renewal after we notify them by email.
